easymatic Thanks to the patented easy double servo cleat it is possible for us to make this revolutionary mainsheet system. Easymatic is now available in series 1 (boats up to approx. 32 feet) and in series 2 (boats up to approx. 42 feet). The easymatic system consists of an easy double cleat and a number of easy super blocks. The bearings are the same as in the new roller bearing blocks. An extra large bearing diameter allows more rollers and offers a larger load carrying surface with very little friction. The

Which
type of rope to choose? It is a mistaken belief that an easymatic system will take more sheet than a traditional mainsheet system with the same ratio (4: 1, 6: 1 or 8:: 1). However, if you are increasing the ratio, you will need to increase rope length proportionally e.g. 4:1 to 6:1 = +50%. Very often the same mainsheet can be used when changing to easymatic. We recommend the smallest possible rope dimension meaning less friction and higher efficiency. For
yachts with centre sheeting The advantage of the centre sheeting system is that you will always have the same angle to the cleat independent of the position of the boom. |
